Our Chemin de Compostelle wines come from the youngest vines. The grape varieties used here are Malbec for rosé, Merlot for red and Viognier for white. We will discover here very aromatic thirst-quenching wines.

Wine made from vines 3 to 15 years old. Clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 250 m. Cold fermentation for 3 weeks. Aging in vats for 4 months. Aperitif wine par excellence, also to drink with grills and dishes

Wine made from 20-year-old vines. Siderolithic soil at an altitude of 250 m. 10-day vinification. Aging in vats for 6 months.
It will accompany grilled meats or even a tuna steak.

Viognier
Wine made from 4-year-old vines. Clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 300 m. 20-day vinification. Aging in vats for 3 months.
Ideal as an aperitif, with mussels with Roquefort or a brie with truffles.
